Cavalry officer's sword, model 1816, called "strong sword". Handle covered with grief with watermark. Gilded brass mount. Pommel with fleur-de-lys in a laurel wreath. Guard with an openwork shell decorated with a palmette. Palmette quillon. Straight blade with flat back, counteredged, double hollow sides, engraved, gilded and blued in the third, signed on the heel "S & K". Scabbard in sheet iron with two bracelets and two iron rings. Lyre stinger. B.E.
