All the 2 issues published in 1949 of this famous and luxurious art review directed by Christian Zervos. There are various articles on Sumerian art as well as works by Joan Miró, Fernand Léger, Picasso, etc. In addition to numerous black reproductions in the text and full-page spreads, the first issue has a cover illustrated in colour by Joan Miró and two plates, a stenciled watercolour by Fernand Léger and a lithographic reproduction of a composition by Miró. The second issue is illustrated with a colour cover by Fernand Léger and a stenciled reproduction of a composition by Max Ernst. Very well preserved copies. The first issue is enriched with the flyer "Warning to art writers wishing to publish works by Picasso from 1908 to 1914".
