MANUFACTURE NATIONALE DE SÈVRESPersian bottle vase , 1st size; form 1874Important vase treated in the taste of the East. Proof in porcelain (Lauth-Vogt paste) enamelled blue and strewn with gold nets in the oven. Made in 1890. The vase in two parts and mounted towards the center with an inner brass tenon, ringed to mask the joint, a chip and missing visible towards the ring. The vase is stamped three times with the date 1890, one oblong, one circular with the turner in relief, one circular with the mention Decorated in SEVRES, bears the marks A V 89 I P S on the reverse. H. 56,8 cmPublic collection : A vase of identical form with floral decoration painted by Eugène Charles Cabau and Denis Ligué and dated 1884, is preserved in the collections of the CNAM (Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers) under the inventory number 10445 .
