Presented to the François People by the National Convention, June 24, 1793, the second year of the Republic (Imprimerie Nationale du Louvre, 1793); 84 x 53 cm (framed). "The François people, convinced that forgetting & contempt for the natural rights of man, are the only cause of the misfortunes of the world, resolved to expose in a solemn declaration these sacred & inalienable rights"... The declaration of the rights of man & of the citizen follows in 35 articles, then the Constitutional Act in 124 articles.
