A mandate is attached to the treasurer and receiver general of extraordinary finances and casual parts, ordering to receive and endorse two rescriptions from the treasurer of the Savings, while awaiting the price of newly created offices of "gauges of vessels to put wine and other brevages", June 20, 1596, signed by Martin Ruzé de Beaulieu. Confirmation of the fiscal privileges of the Viscount of Lanquay belonging to Henry de La Tour, Duke of Bouillon, Viscount of Turenne and Langres, Marshal of France, "and among others that lad. terre & subjetz d'icelle are exempt from all sizes, subsidies and taxes, which privileges were successively confirmed by the feuz Roys noz predecessors of good and praiseworthy memory from reign to reign "... Piece bundled with two other letters patent confirming these privileges (Blois September 6, 1599, and Paris October 28, 1599, the latter with fragment of seal).
