In silver and chased vermeil, on a radiating background decorated with a large cloak ensigned by the Royal Crown bearing the tables of the law with inscriptions in Arabic ("Justice is the prerogative of the Royalty"), enamelled black, on a background of a radiating star, hand of justice and toug, branches of oak and laurel leaves and decoration of the Medidié.
