Τῆς Καινῆς Διαθήκης ἂπαντα. Novum Testamentum. Ex bibliotheca Regia.
Paris: Robert I Estienne, 1549. - 2 parts in one volume in-16, 111 x 72: 528 pp; 361 pp, (1 f.). Red morocco, boards decorated with small irons, comprising in the centre a rectangular compartment with lobed edges, decorated with filigree scrolls and gilt dots surrounding a central rhombus, this compartment being inscribed in a central rectangle of three gilt fillets with compartmented corners decorated with filigree gilt scrolls and gilt dots, gilt motif in the same spirit between the two compartments at the top and bottom, the whole set in a large frame composed of gilt filigree scrolls, and a gilt roulette on the outside, spine gilt, gilt edges on marbling (17th century binding).

Delaveau-Hillard, Bibles imprimées du XVe au XVIIIe siècle, n° 3689.
Second edition given by Robert I Estienne, following the first of 1546, with the correction of the errors mentioned in the errata
.
It is divided into two parts, the first comprising the Gospels, the second bringing together the Pauline Epistles, the Catholic Epistles and the Apocalypse.

Known as the "O mirificam" edition, referring to the opening words of the preface, it is printed entirely in the king's Greek type engraved by Claude Garamont for the Esteins. The title of each of the parts has the basilica mark which is the one dedicated to the king's printers for the Greek letters. The mark of Robert Estienne appears on the verso of the last leaf.

A fine copy in a binding from the first half of the 17th century, from an unidentified workshop. The framing on the boards has been deliberately discoloured and the compartments blackened, probably at a later time than the binding.

Headpiece torn off and the first box missing. Endpapers renewed, title rebacked. Mottling on the title and some light spotting on several leaves. Head margins a little short.
