Pistol with system "Gay-Guenot" with rotary magazine with chain, 40 blows, with ball cartridge of gauge 6 mm Barrel with rifled sides. Steel frame with plain cheeks, flat, with safety on the left side. Sight of the magazine with chainette with sliding shutter on the top. Half varnished walnut stock plates. Refinished in colors Length: 28 cm B.E. (small traces of external pitting). About 1880. Gay Paulin, civil engineer is inventor of weapons with multiple blows, known as machine-guns of pocket, revolvers and rifles with 25, 40, 50 and 100 shots (1879) His dealer: Henri GUENOT, 183 rue Saint-Denis (Paris).
