The poly-lobed base is decorated with bunches of flowers framed by two rows of triangular fillets. On the body is an inscription: Given by Mr. Arthur Picard, 14 Kislev 5630, probably intended for pouring oil for Hanukkah . This is what the date of 14 Kislev suggests. Slight dents, missing lid.
