In clay paste with calligraphic decoration of brown slip on white slip under transparent glaze, of a floriated kufic Arabic inscription, probably part of the word "Baraka" (Blessing), D. bowl: 12.2 cm, reconstituted bowl; - a flat-winged bowl, Syria, 13th century.
