Konstanty BRANDEL (1880-1970) [attributed to] Lot of engravings, different states, annotated for some, one signed in pencil, various subjects: self-portrait, Adam and Eve, Leda and the swan, Suzanne and the old men, Pavilion of flora (Louvre), Pavilion of the tremor (Louvre). Various sizes. Included: - Portrait of K. Brandel, silver print; - landscape, graphite and ink wash, 24 x 32 cm; - study of a man, ink, 33.5 x 21.5 cm The set comes from the archives of Franciszek Prochaska. Franciszek Prochaska, officer during the Polish-Soviet war, attaché of the Polish embassy in Paris between the two wars, opened a printing house in the 1950s.
