LORRAINE. More than 100 documents or bundles, 15th-18th centuries; vellum or paper (some defects). Various deeds, acquests, sales, leases, exchanges, memoirs (including one concerning the corvée de vendange), marriage treaties, adjudications, procedural documents, etc., bearing the tax stamps of Lorraine and Barrois, or of the Generality of Champagne. Most of them date from the 18th century and concern Antoine Charles Dumesnil, squire, lawyer at the Sovereign Court of Lorraine and Barrois, or the Piétrequins, lords of Le Mont; in particular, the parishes of Domèvre, Dombasle, Bathèlemont, Coincourt, as well as Lunéville and Nancy.
