FRANCE PROVINCE XVIIth CENTURY Reliquary in silver and glass. The circular pedestal is openwork with acanthus leaves and a row of pearls. The node of the shaft is decorated with three winged cherubs' heads on top of lanceolate leaves framed by two rows of openwork spirals. The relic holder is supported at the base by a double-faced winged cherub's head in recall on the upper part topped by a cross. Master goldsmith : H M a crowned lily, different a flower Gross weight : 470 g - height : 32,5 cm Condition : glass bulb support partially loosened, glass changed and missing at the fixed end of the reliquary. SMALL LACK UNDER THE GLASS SUPPORT.
