A very fine proof on 17th century laid paper, the traces of copper polishing slightly perceptible in the backgrounds, trimmed inside the plate cut, with minimal damage to the subject at lower right. A small amount of light freckling on the breastplate. Collector's stamp partly concealed under the mounting tab on the lower right verso: probably F. Koch (Lugt 1020).
