Flintlock rifle of Versailles model of cavalry 1793. Barrel with sides, slightly tromblonné with the mouth, striped, punched, with rifling of sights. Flat-bodied lock signed "Mafre à Versailles" and round-bodied swan neck hammer. Brass fittings, and buttplate monogrammed "AD" (soldering at the trigger guard tail). Walnut frame and cheek stock (broken and glued under the lock). Iron ramrod. Length of the barrel: 40,5 cm Overall length: 78 cm A.B.E.
