N Goswami et alii (eds.), Wonders of a golden age: painting at the court of the Great Mughals; Indian art of the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries from collections in Switzerland, Zurich, Rietberg Museum, 1987, cat. 9, p. 39. The stylistic similarities of these two paintings of almost identical format suggest that they belong to the same series.
