Two vases with decoration of arcatures, Tunisia, Nabeul, workshop De Verclos, 1920-50 Earthenware decorated with poly-lobed arcatures with plant motifs. The first one, vase with a spindle-shaped decoration, with a pear-shaped body resting on a small annular foot and flanked by two large handles in wings. The second, a hallab jug with a carinated body surmounted by a narrow neck with a hemmed lip flanked by two bent handles. Both signed in Arabic at the base of the body and under the foot: "De Verclos, [Qallal al-Qadim], Nabeul". Height : 27,5 cm Small chip in the neck, chip and crack in the foot, small restoration in the bottom of the body of the vase, bubbles of cooking on the jug.
