Roger de BEAUVOIR (1809-1866). L.A.S. with drawing, [January 1863], to friends; 1 page in-8 (19.5 x 13 cm; framed). Letter illustrated with a large pen-and-ink drawing: a picturesque house perched on a rampart. He explains to his "good little friends" that he had to keep the room because of a bronchitis; he sends them his wishes for 1863. At the bottom left, a small head of a character wearing a large feather. Under the same frame, autograph poem signed by his son, in homage to Charles Vincent, and decorated with a watercolor pen drawing.
