Sought-after second edition, the only one on large paper, with one additional original black and fourteen color illustrations by Yugoslavian painter and engraver Miodrag Djuric (1933-2010). One hundred and seventy-six poems written by Georges Perec (1936-1982), in the tradition of the Oulipo, following the letters of the alphabet. The explanations of the constraints imposed are on the back cover. Poems of eleven lines "each line has eleven letters [...]. All the poems have in common the ten most frequent letters of the French alphabet: E, S, A, R, T, I, N, U, L, O. The eleventh letter is one of the sixteen remaining letters: B, C, D, F, etc. There are eleven poems in B, eleven poems in C, etc., that is to say a total of eleven complete alphabets, that is to say 16 x 11 = one hundred and seventy-six poems. Work illustrated with engravings in black and double plates, twenty-three in black and fourteen in colors. Limited edition at 101 copies of which 80 numbered from 1 to 80 and 21 numbered from I to XXI, each accompanied by an original etching in colors by Dado, signed, dated and numbered by the artist, n° 25. Complete with its engraving and in perfect condition.
