Volume 4, which covers the years 1841 to 1868, probably originally had neither a title page nor a table of ordinances.
Extremely rare set of texts regulating Jewish life in the Netherlands from the end of the Napoleonic regime to the second half of the 19th century. All areas of Jewish life are covered: powers of rabbis and administrators, election procedures, marriages, social works, education.
