Edition of 221 copies, illustrated with 19 compositions drawn and woodcut by the painter, illustrator, engraver and bookbinder Georges BAUDIN (1882-1960). UNIQUE EXEMPLAIRE ON ANCIENT JAPAN PAPER, numbered 1, containing separately in an identical cover, the original sketches signed by Baudin (50 sketches on 14 loose leaves), and a suite of artist's proofs on China paper, also signed by the artist. A very well preserved copy.
