Albert Einstein: Fountain pen in tribute to the genius Albert Einstein. His Theory of Relativity, which asserts that the speed of light is a constant in relation to which time and space lose their absolute meaning, revolutionized prevailing thinking on space, time, mass and energy. Limited series of 3,000 pieces (number 1481), representing approximately one hundredth of the speed of light (nearly 299,792.458 km/s), a universal constant in Einstein's theories. The matte platinum metal body of the fountain pen recalls the twinkling of a distant star, while the black lacquer of the cap recalls the gentle darkness of the universe. The grid on the cap is inspired by Einstein's Theory of Relativity; it follows the curve of the platinum sphere of the clip, like the light emitted by a distant object that encounters a star or galaxy, forming what is today known as a gravitational mirage. As a tribute to the wealth of knowledge bequeathed to humanity by Einstein, the body and section of the limited series are engraved with several of Einstein's major mathematical formulae, including E=mc2. The clip is adorned with a sphere that curves the surrounding grid, just as a star curves the space-time continuum. The medium rhodium-plated 18-carat yellow gold nib is engraved with the electronic configuration of Einsteinium (Es), an extremely radioactive silver metal that does not exist in nature and can only be created in a powerful nuclear reactor. Piston filling system. In its wooden case with papers, over-box and white protective box.
