High vase on pedestal with wide annular neck. Proof in ochre and grey marbled multi-layered glass, the lower part with plum stains on a beige background. The five beetles are represented by five applications - gold, raspberry, green - repeated in cold etching; the insects' feet engraved. Signed DAUM Nancy with the Cross of Lorraine on the base.
