Paris: Le Fuel, [ca. 1820]. - 24 cards, 119 x 74) and an in-8 sheet, 221 x 153 folded. Original box (165 x 133) with two compartments, decorated with embossed and gilt friezes and a lithographed vignette in color surmounted by the title printed on the lid.
This card game is divided into three groups of 8 cards with three different colored crests (blue, pink and yellow), representing various characters: the duke, the duchess, the rosière, the bailly, young lords, villagers, peasants... Each character is engraved and finely watercolored in color by hand.
The folded in-8 leaflet contains a description of the composition of the cards and the rules of the game.
A very fine game, beautifully preserved.
Small marginal hole and child's ink drawing on the white verso.
