The Violets
Flat lenticular vase. Proof in multi-layered glass; the title decoration is acid-etched and executed in polychrome enamels on a flaky gray-white ground shaded with violet towards the base. The base is highlighted with an acid-etched rotating motif and enriched with a gold fillet. The rim of the neck may be a later version of the wheel. Signed with the DAUM Nancy coat of arms with the Lorraine Cross, in reserve engraved with an acid-etched cameo. H.8 cm - L.10 cm
