EDGAR BRANDT (1880-1960) Large middle table in wrought iron with an antique silver patina. Each side base is formed of five S-shaped jambs simulating windings around a powerful cylinder, with the base received by spherical legs; the three central S-shaped jambs are finished in planing, while those framing them feature rows of olives in relief. The double spacer wraps at its ends around the cylindrical bases, and at its center receives three tubes separated by scrolling motifs. A thick marble top surrounds the top's angle-iron belt. Circa 1930. Oxidations, major chips and wear to the silver patina. Stamped E. BRANDT twice, on the plate receiving the vertical spacer tubes and on the scroll of one of the legs.
