XIII-122-(2) ; 114-(2) pages, 200 plates of hors-texte photographs. Title printed in black and red. Covers rubbed and faded in places, jaws split for the 1924 volume. Rubbing and small loss to front cover. First edition of this fine monograph devoted to old Parisian mansions and hotels. It is complete in 2 volumes, one covering the right bank, the other the left bank and the Île Saint-Louis, each illustrated with 100 plates of heliogravure photographs accompanied by historical notes. Limited edition of 1010 copies, this one of 1000 on tinted laid paper (N°784). A pleasant copy, complete with plates, in very fine condition.
