Interesting set of 20th century French stamps and mail in 4 - Lot 9

Interesting set of 20th century French stamps and mail in 4 albums. Before 1900 we have 1 "Ballon Monté", the "Gazette des absents n°9" transported by "La Ville de Châteaudun", franked by 1 defective and improved n°29. We have 1 album containing 130 letters constituting a study of the various postal rates between 1926 and 1941, including Daghin, Pneumatic, Tax, Registered, Redemption, P. A., Advertising strips, Newspapers, Destinations and Miscellaneous. We note 1 superb and rare set of 2 letters from the Orly plane crash of a La Postale DC4 on May 28, 1969, and the envelope containing the return to the addressee (Caisse d'Epargne de La Réole) with a "courrier accidenté en cours de transport" mark. There are also 2 albums of cancelled stamps, one from 1941 to 1987, the other from 1960 to 1985. A very fine album containing 530 antique postcards from various European countries and overseas, including trades and scenes of daily life from the early 20th century.
