Hunting dagger. - Lot 8
Hunting dagger. Short, squared, light wood handle. Silver-plated brass cap, decorated with acanthus leaves. Cruiser with rocaille decoration, oak leaves and deer in undergrowth. Blade with engraved middle edge, gilded and blued on one half (wear and minor pitting). Leather scabbard with two silver-plated brass fittings. Length: 69.5 cm A.B.E. circa 1820.
