Pickup of Lots:

1. Lot pickup will take place directly at the Château d’Arcangues according to the following schedule:

- Pickup without an appointment: Friday, September 11, and Saturday, September 12, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

- Pickup by appointment for paid lots (no on-site payment accepted): Monday, September 14, through Friday, September 18, from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

2. The buyer is responsible for dismantling and handling the lots at their own expense.

3. A list of carriers is provided for informational purposes in our general terms and conditions of purchase (7. Transportation of Lots).

4. Lots not picked up by the end of the delivery period will be transported to and stored at the Duhart storage facility, 22 Chemin de la Ferme, ZI du Jalday, 64500 Saint-Jean-de-Luz. This service is billed according to the following rate schedule:

- Transfer of unclaimed lots to the storage facility: 48 € (including tax) per m³ (for volumes less than 0.5 m³: flat fee of 24 euros, including tax)

- Monthly storage rental: €24 (including tax) per m³

- Loading dock access fee: 12 € (including tax)

5. Items stored at Duhart will be available for pickup starting September 23, by appointment: duhart.demenagement@orange.fr - +33 (0)5 59 26 04 06
