[SONGS]. Unique collection of scores of songs from operettas, musicals, music-hall, waltzes, fox trots, famous films, etc., both French and foreign, from the 1890's to the 1950's. This collection includes more than 850 scores, most of them illustrated . We can note the Valse hésitation from the operetta L'Amour Masqué by Sacha Guitry, with music by André Messager, sung by Yvonne Printemps, La Chauve-Souris, an operetta after Meilhac and Halévy, with music by Johann Strauss, La Créole, an operetta by Millaud with music by Jacques Offenbach, sung by Josephine Baker, but also songs sung by Yves Montand, Dranem, Charles Trenet, Juliette Gréco, Henri Salvador, Maurice Chevalier (more than 50 scores), Lucienne Boyer, Mistinguett, Tino Rossi, etc., and film music such as Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, Singing in the Rain, etc. Among the illustrators, let us mention Bastia, Benjamin Rabier, Don, Geo Dorival, Brunilleschi, Roger de Valerio, Würth, Pol Rab, Lucien Métivet, Chéret, Clérice frères, Sem, Gus Bofa, Vertès, Guy Arnoux, etc. In some rare copies, Jacques Crépineau has added photos or original drawings. All these scores are kept in 17 drawing folders. Most of them are very well preserved.
