Biography

Régis MARTIN BINACHON (1865-1938


)
First an officer in the military navy, after his marriage he turned towards industry. Mayor of Pont-Salomon, he is also a general councillor. He was Senator of the Haute-Loire from 1924 to 1938, and was a member of the Democratic Left group. He is very interested in naval matters and frequently intervenes in budgetary discussions.
