Libourne 8 August 1650, to M. de La Noue, marshal of the camps and armies; "by ladvis de la Reyne regente Madame ma Mere" he accepts his offer to set up an infantry regiment, and "finds good to give you the money for the raising dud. regiment"; countersigned by Loménie. Versailles June 20, 1690. Commission of captain for the S. de Pesse de Parlan, of a company in the regiment of Militia of infantry of Rouergue "that we make set up in the generality of Montauban under the charge of the Sr marquis de Bedué"; countersigned by Le Tellier. Marly 20 June 1707. Commission of camp marshal following the cavalry regiment of Valgrand, for Sieur de Monteila; countersigned by Chamillart.
