Adair and presented as translated by Philibert Le Huby who is none other than the pseudonym of Jean-Émile LABOUREUR (1877-1943). It is one of the first works to divulge true cocktail recipes to the general public. The American edition was published in 1925 and is superbly illustrated by Laboureur . It includes 10 very beautiful etching and burin compositions out of the text as well as a colour composition on the cover and 14 black ornaments representing bottles, glasses, a shaker, a lemon, etc. One of the deluxe copies in 4 format, the only ones to include the hors-texts, this one being one of the 225 numbered on Montgolfier vellum. A perfectly preserved copy.
