Philippe BOESMANS (born 1936). Autograph musical manuscript, Intrusions for solo guitar and 2nd guitar obligatory, 1977; [1]-8 leaves 40 x 30 cm. Piece for guitar, commissioned by the Crédit communal de Belgique for the 1977 Pro Civitate National Music Competition, on the occasion of which it was premiered by Philippe Lemaigre, who provided the fingerings and recorded it (Musica Magna, 1978). [WD46]. The manuscript is very carefully written in Indian ink on tracing paper, for the solo guitar notated on one line. It is dated at the end "5/7/1977". It is preceded by a leaflet serving as a notice and bearing the dedication "to tulip", with an explanation of the signs and recommendations, and the motif of the second guitar "Da capo ad lib.", specifying: "The second guitar must be totally independent of the solo guitar. The duration of the sounds must not be respected to the letter. It is important not to install a rhythmic regularity.
