First edition printed at 740 copies illustrated with numerous compositions of the authors and a map of the Camargue. One of 640 copies on alfa. - COCHE (Pierre). LANDSCAPES AND HUNTS OF POLAND. Preface by Count Maurice Potocki. Paris : Gebethner et Wolff, 1934. - In-8, dark brown half-chagrin, spine ribbed, gilt head, untrimmed, cover and spine preserved (contemporary binding). One of 450 on vellum, very well bound by Huser. Scattered foxing. - WIIT (Jean de). HUNTS OF BRIÈRE. Preceded by a letter-preface by Alphonse de Chateaubriant followed by an investigation on the Sauvagine in France. Illustrations by J. Oberthür with a map in the old style. Paris : Éditions de la bonne idée, 1935. - Large in-8, dark green half-maroquin with corners, spine gilt, untrimmed, cover and spine preserved (contemporary binding). First edition. One of the 900 copies on special esparto paper, enriched with this very nice autograph sending from the author: " to Robert Lefèvre Pontalis. - // who loves ducks as I // love them, understands their approaches // slow between the reeds, which grow // too much for his taste and for mine // In all sympathy. // de Witt ". The copy is also enriched with a very amusing letter signed by de Witt, Lefèvre Pontalis and two other persons, on the letterhead of the bar-restaurant Chiberta, dated May 30, 1938, 2 pages in-8, as well as 8 original photographs of hunters in the swamps. Spine faded, rubbing to the covers and nerves.
