PARIS 1784 - 1785 Pair of silver travel candlesticks with unscrewable shaft. They rest on a base with four contours in recall on the shaft, the bowl embossed with gadroons in recall on the tap, decorated with a medallion reported plain oval. A pair of silver candleholders with six contours without hallmark is attached. Master goldsmith : Joseph-Théodore VAN CAUWENBERGH or VANCOMBERT, received in 1770 Weight of the candleholders : 607 g - of the candleholders : 76 g - height : 16,3 cm - diameter of the foot : 10 cm Condition : small hole in one of the ribs of the tap
