AUGSBURG 1679 - 1683 A poly-lobed vermeil bowl of oval shape with two scrolled handles. The body is embossed with eight hearts delimited by dots. On the reverse side, "Mathias Panlechner gave as a wedding present this cup to the Miss Maria Salome Wormesbergerin today Lady Bernhart in Wels on January 21, 1681". Attributed to the master silversmith: Hans BAUR III Weight: 101 g - length: 13,7 cm The arms are those of Mathias Panlechner. They can be found on a stained glass window kept in a museum in Linz. Mathias Panlechner (circa 1627 - 1691) was a manufacturer of gingerbread and candles.
