Model 1829 T-Bis artillery snap hook.
Round barrel, striped, with sides with the thunder, punched and dated " 1859 ", with rise with 650 m. Tailstock stamped "Mle 1829 T Bis". Flat-body lock "Mre Impale de St Etienne", stamped and round-bodied hammer.
Punched brass fittings. Stamped buttplate "5.A" (probably the 5th artillery regiment).
Walnut stock with gun number, stamped with Châtellerault repair stamp of 1863. Iron ramrod.
Length of the barrel: 60 cm Overall length: 98,5 cm
