Flintlock pistol of naval officer.
Round bronze barrel, with thunderbolt sides, engraved with rocaille and trophy motifs.
Bronze lock signed "Royet" with rocaille decoration. Flat-bodied iron hammer decorated with a line. Silver fittings (later trigger guard) with scrolls and trophies.
Stock (repaired) in walnut. Wooden ramrod with brass tip.
Small accidents with the wood, a screw and a passing of rod changed, a nail added to the tail of breech.
Length of the barrel: 19 cm Overall length: 34 cm
