Willems, 1876. "The most sought-after edition of the Abrégé de Mézeray" according to Willems. It is illustrated with an engraved title, a full-page portrait of Louis XIV, five empty frames in the text and 56 portraits in the text, finely engraved on copper. A complete copy of the volume on the History of France before Clovis published in 1688 and illustrated with a very nice engraved title. Very nice set uniformly bound by Capé, very well preserved. Spine slightly darkened.
