Titled lower right. 31 x 23.5 cm Provenance : Millon-Robert sale, Paris, November 18, 1993, no. 211. In the early 1930s, André Masson was commissioned by the Ballets Russes de Monte Carlo to create the sets and costumes for the ballet Les Présages, which premiered in Paris in 1933.
