PABLO PICASSO (1881-1973) & ATELIER MADOURA Centaur and Face, model created in [April 15, 1953], our proof numbered 38/125. Turned pitcher. Authentic replica from a limited edition of one hundred and twenty-five; all numbered and made at Madoura. Proof in red chamotte earthenware; engobe and kerosene decoration; black glaze; black, red. Embossed with Édition PICASSO and Madoura Plein Feu, the black slip cartouche with the engraved words Édition PICASSO - 38/125 - R 153 on the reverse.
