He accepts the interview proposed by the general. "La Pomeraye, Montjean, Chalonnet are infifférens to me. Choose between all these places; the one you choose will suit me. They are known for the loyalty of their principles and would make it their duty to receive you there with the respect you deserve. The same loyalty will lead me. I will share them with my friends, and you will find in them, as in me, the most ardent desire to bring peace and happiness to the country that has placed its trust in us"...
