CLAUDE PARENT (1923-2016) - ONE OF THE ARCHITECT'S MAJOR PROJECTS FOR A MODERN TOWNHOUSE IN NEUILLY-SUR-SEINE, FRANCE Specially designed and produced exclusively for the private mansion of Mr. and Mrs. X., 1992-1993 Exceptional Macassar ebony veneered silverware cabinet. The quadrangular body opens with two coffered doors separated by a wide band of chromed metal, and rests on a recessed plinth trimmed in chromed metal; the edges highlighted with chromed metal angles. The top features a chrome-plated metal band motif extending the front band. The light oak veneered interior is complete with 7 drawers holding nubuck boxes. Made by Ateliers Saint-Jacques.
