Very rare first edition of this valuable treatise on orange and lemon trees, very fashionable shrubs at the time, followed by another treatise on tree pruning, written by horticulturist Pierre Morin (active 1650-1690). Two further editions were published in 1680 and 1692. A good copy in contemporary binding. Small loss at the corners and on the edge of the second plate, small worm gallery at one spine. Some light spotting, not serious.
