Sautoir in white gold and lapis lazuli pearls (733.5 ct) splitting into two rows and adorned with two butterflies, the first centered with a trillion aquamarine (0.68 ct) and the second with a round aquamarine (0.10 ct), the wings dressed with blue lacquer in different shades and paved with diamonds (0.06 ct), paraiba tourmalines (0.04 ct), black spinels (0.30 ct), lapis lazuli (2.76 ct) and blue sapphires (0.47 ct), the smallest butterfly adorned with a detachable pompom formed by blue chalcedony beads (15.25 ct).
