MAURICE DUFRÈNE (1876-1955) A rare and spectacular high-back Gondole-type armchair in ribbed, molded and carved rosewood. The backrest is entirely outlined with a thick ribbon-like molding and features oval scrolls at the junctions of the seat and backrest. Original black-lacquered fluted Olive legs. Circa 1920-1925.
