°[MANUSCRIPT - ALSACE - USURE] "Usure - Établir les Juifs" - Manuscript in French on paper, 4 pp. in-folio, unsigned, without place, 23 floréal an XI, presented as a repetition of a memorandum addressed on 28 ventôse an XI by the Prefect of Bas-Rhin to the Grand Juge, following a vow by the department's general council. An important document, highly characteristic of Alsace's persistent distrust of the Jews on the eve of the Assembly of Notables and the Napoleonic Sanhedrin.
