Hollow and circular dish - from the reputed original edition of 35; all made in the Atelier Madeline-Jolly. Proof in red clay; engobe decoration; black, white. Signed Jean COCTEAU in the star on the obverse and marked Édition originale de Jean COCTEAU Atelier MADELINE-JOLLY in black slip on the reverse, numbered (curiously) "30/50" and marked LC 03 SC 010 also on the reverse.
